Return Policy
This Return Policy defines the rules for refunding paid services offered on the website M88M.eu (hereinafter referred to as the 'Website'). The following provisions are in accordance with applicable Polish law, in particular the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
1. Right of withdrawal (applicable to consumers)
In accordance with Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act, any consumer user who has entered into a distance contract with us (e.g., via the Website) has the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform us of his or her decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g., letter sent by post, fax, or email). The The consumer can use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

2. Effects of withdrawal from the contract
If the consumer withdraws from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from the choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery type offered by us). offer), without delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of their decision to exercise their right of withdrawal.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as the consumer used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise by the consumer; in any event, the consumer will not incur any costs as a result of this reimbursement.
3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to the consumer in the following contracts:
- the provision of services, if the entrepreneur has fully performed the service with the express consent of the consumer, who has been informed before the start of the service that the right of withdrawal would expire after the performance of the service by the entrepreneur;
- the provision of content digital not recorded on a tangible medium, if the performance of the service began with the express consent of the consumer before the withdrawal period expired and after the entrepreneur informed the consumer of the loss of his right of withdrawal.
For paid services offered on the website, fully performed with the express consent of the consumer, the right of withdrawal may not apply. The absence of a right of withdrawal will be clearly stated before payment.
4. Complaints about Paid Services
If a paid service provided via the Website is inconsistent with the contract, the user has the right to file a complaint. Complaints can be submitted in writing to the above address or electronically via the Contact page.
The complaint must include the user's identification information, a description of the irregularity, and his request (e.g., bringing the service into line with the contract, a price reduction, termination of the contract – if possible in this case).
We will review the complaint within 14 days of receipt and inform the user of the outcome.
5. Refunds in the event of a complaint
If the complaint is deemed justified and the contract is terminated due to non-conformity of the service, we will reimburse the user immediately, at the latest within 14 days of the complaint review date. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless the user expressly agrees to a different solution that does not entail additional costs.
